# Patriot Mobile 2026 Jason Aldean Free iPhone 17 Pro Sweepstakes Official Rules

**Official Rules:**

**Eligibility:**

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (at least nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska) with a valid US driver’s license or government-issued photo ID at the time of entry.

**Entry:** The Sweepstakes officially opens at 5pm CST on Thursday, January 15, and ends Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:59p.m. Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

**Sweepstakes Period and Selection of Winner**:

The Sweepstakes will be broken out into three (3) separate entry periods (each an “Entry Period”), as set forth in the Entry Period Chart (“Chart”) below.

**Prize:** The Winner will be selected to receive one (1) Apple iPhone 17 Pro (256GB), approximate retail value (ARV): $1099 with three (3) free months of Patriot Mobile Wireless service (up to 40GB plan).

**Free Phone Service for Three (3) months:**

The winner will receive a data plan of up to 40GB during the free contract period of three (3) months on Patriot Mobile service only.

**Taxes:** Winner will be responsible for paying all taxes on the retail value of the iPhone 17 Pro (ARV: $1099).

**General Conditions:** By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final.

**Release:** You acknowledge and agree that any acceptance, participation in or with, and/or use of any prize are solely at your own risk.

**Publicity:** Submission of an Entry constitutes your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your Entrant Data for Sweepstakes administration purposes.
